Ein schönes zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus, Wohnung in zwei Stockwerken. Sehr nah zum Wasser, selbst bei Hochwasser (selbst erlebt) kein Problem. Günstige öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bahn, Bus, Fähre) in je < 5 min erreichbar. Spielplatz 3 Minuten. Nachbarn freundlich und hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc. funktionieren gut.

Einziger Nachteil: Viel Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die gerne und viel bellen.
