In the house: reception, restaurant, bar. Billiards table, telephone box. Public parking on the road. Grocers, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach 100 m. Please note: reception open 0800-2400 hrs. Please note: the complex has night security. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. The shared garden is over various levels, accessible via steps, with garden terraces. The shared swimming pool is a triangular shape (15 x 15 x 15 m). The Can Fita archaeological remains on show. Car rental. All services in the urbanisation (restaurant, bar, activities etc) are available from May to September.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön.
Die Möbel in dem Appartment waren schon etwas verschlissen.
Der Balkon war total durch Wüstensand verstaubt und nicht gereinigt.
Ebenso die schon etwas verrotteten Kunststoffmöbel ( 2 Stühle, ein runder Tisch und ein Hocker), die nicht mehr zu säubern waren.
Bestecke, Gläser usw, sehr dürftig, z.B. keine Wein-oder Sektgläser.
