Holiday development Clube Pinhal da Foz, built in 1982. In the centre of Esposende 13 km from the centre of Barcelos, 19 km from the centre of Póvoa de Varzim, 20 km from the centre of Viana de Castelo, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: garde (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (01.01.-31.12.). Tennis (extra), barbecue. In the house: bar, lounge, sauna (extra). Fitness room (extra). Table-tennis. Billiards table, games room. Individual garage (extra). Grocers 200 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 500 m, thermal baths 800 m. Golf course 4 km, riding stables 4 km. The complex is comprised of 14 maisonette and terrace houses, only 100 m from the river Cavado. Extra facilities must be booked well in advance. Breakfast service available on request (extra). Cleaning on request (extra) 6 times a week (except Sundays). Sheets are changed twice a week and towels 3 times a week. There are 2 bars, 1 of which only opens from the 15th of June to the 15th of Sept. Garage (3.75 euros/day, to be booked in advance). Billiards (extra).

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and radio. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: telephone, safe (extra). 50 litre water boiler. The kitchen measures 4 m2, it has a ceramic hob and a small fridge. Sliding door in the double bedroom.
