das Objekt ist von der Ausstattung und vom Zustand her empfehlenswert, allerdings ist die Lage des Objektes nicht wie Beschrieben freistehend am Ortsrand sonder in einem Wohngebiet gegenüber vom Bahnhof und Industrieanlagen inmitten von Plattenbauten, die Vermieterin ist aber sehr umgänglich und freundlich
