3-family house. In a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, 100 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 2800 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden. Terrace (40 m2), barbecue, fireplace. In the house: bicycles available (extra). Parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, supermarket 11 km, restaurant 11 km, bus stop 400 m. Tennis 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Lake Krosno 100 m (bathing lake with sandy beaches, nature reserve, quiet area, only electric boats). Barbecue area. Hire of water sports equipment 100 m. Well (86 m deep) with good drinking water quality. A canoe can be hired from the owner (extra).

2-room apartment 45 m2 on 1st floor, with sloping ceilings, practical and comfortable furnishings: living/sleeping room 33 m2 with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner, satellite-TV and radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 8 m2 with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hotplates, micro wave). Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler (80 litres). Balcony 7 m2, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Nice view of the lake, the garden and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

Eine für drei Personen ideale Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am See ist für Angler hervorragend. In der Umgebung hat man sehr schöne Möglichkeiten zu wandern und zu angeln. Segeln, Surfen und andere Wasssersportarten sind nicht in der direkten Nähe möglich. Man muß ca. 20 min bis zu einem größeren See fahren.
Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung.
