New, very nice villa Patrizia Nuova, in the resort 200 m from the centre of Selce, in an elevated position, 300 m from the sea. Private: barbecue. Public parking on the road. Shop 50 m, restaurant 40 m, bar 50 m. Swimming pool 500 m, sandy beach 3 km, pebble beach, shingle beach 300 m, public bathing area 500 m, tennis 1 km. The owner uses the basement at times.
