Ledce 4 km from Nespeky: Chalet. In a quiet, sunny position, directly by the woods edge, 200 m from the river. Private: ground. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (3 km via unmade road). Grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station Porici nad Sazavou. The river Sazava, 200 m. Garage. Childrens sandpit in the grounds. Heating: fireplace. Bathing in pond at the manor 300 m away. Town is 30 km from the capital Prague.

Accommodation:
2-room house 35 m2, simple and nice furnishings: living/dining room 21 m2 with 1 double sofa bed, open fireplace and TV, exit to the loggia. Open kitchen (2 hotplates). Shower/WC. Upper floor (steep stair): 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds, exit to the loggia. Electric heating.

This is a simple home with a nice piece of grass around it. It is very basic so don't expect a dishwasher or washingmachine. It has one bedroom with 3 1 beds (20 square meters). The livingroom has a fireplace and is 25 square meters. The garden has mostly grass in it and is big enough for children to play in. The environment is suitable for walking, biking and canoeing(downstream). To get to the house a 10 minute ride along a bumpy rock road is necesarry. Prague is easy to reach in 40 minutes by car. A shop is reachable in 10 minutes. In my opinion it is inbetween a very luxurious tent and a home.
