Karlov, 1 km from Janov nad Nisou: Large chalet Karlovka, 2 storeys. Outside the resort, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the woods edge, 50 m from the stream, in the countryside. Private: large garden with lawn. Patio, fireplace, childrens playground. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km. Skisport facilities, ski school 800 m, cross-country ski trail 200 m. Nearby cross country ski circuit Magistral (120 km). Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen und auch für eine junge Gruppe wie uns sehr gut für einen Urlaub geeignet. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und es gibt einen großen Gefliesten Raum, wo für 23 Personen Platz ist. Leider ist in der näheren Umgebung keine wirkliche Möglichkeit zum einkaufen, so dass wir immer bis nach Liberec gefahren sind. Das ist aber nicht weiter schlimm, da die Straße dorthin sehr gut ausgebaut ist und die Stadt Liberec eine sehr schöne ist. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist eine günstige Gaststätte, wo wir oft Essen waren. Auch der Kontakt zu der verwalterin war überaus freundlich und sie kann sehr gut deutsch sprechen.
Wir waren allerdings leicht enttäuscht, da der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Pool nicht existierte. Außerdem fehlt, wie schon angesprochen, ein Backofen und ein Toaster in der Küche.
Aber ansonsten war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir überlgen auch im Winter noch einmal in das Haus zu gehen.
