Renovated half of a semi-detached house which is situated on a large, partly enclosed property. The house is situated in a small village with through traffic. It has a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms are available.

Unsere Meinung zum Objekt Nr. 6994:
Die Objektbeschreibung ist dringend zu korrigieren.
Lediglich Stromkosten wurden als sonstige Kosten dokumentiert.
Tatsächlich wurde folgendes abgerechnet (für 7 Tage!).
Gas / Heizung: € 150,06!
Müllentsorgung: € 6,30
Verspätete Abreise 1/4 Stunde: € 2,50
Ferner wird nicht erwähnt, dass für die Dusche in einem der Zimmer nochmals € 2,00 je Tag berechnet werden.
Des weiteren versuchte die Verwalterin uns verständlich zu machen, dass sofern nicht alle Tassen und Teller wieder am richtigen Ort in die Schränke eingeräumt seien, eine Gebühr für zusätzlichen Aufwand in Höhe von € 10,-- anfallen würde.
Einen Hinweis, dass sich das Objekt an einer Hauptstrasse befindet, sollten Sie im Interesse von Kunden mit kleinen Kindern ebenfalls anbringen.
Fazit zu den Nebenkosten: Nicht transparent und u.E. überzogen!
Ansonsten waren alle Reiseteilnehmer weitestgehend zufrieden.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Objektes.
