Sfinari village, in Kissamos, is situated 57 klm south-west from the centre of Chania. The village is built on the feet of Koytroyli’s mountain and is extended to the beach.

The local population, with 150 permanent residents, deals with the olive growing, the livestock-farming, the fishing, the apiculture and during summer, with tourism. That’s why all the traditional food is made with the best local products and tastes so good.
