It has a large, covered and undisturbed terrace which is facing south. It is the last house in the southern part of a small, quiet holiday home area. The elevated house is situated 50 metres from Nedre Frykens western beach and has beautiful views to a lake. The plot is level but gets steep towards the lake where there is a small wood. You will find a good bathing beach and a bathing jetty. The wood south of the house has good hiking trails. Sunne 35 km. Slalom hill in Kil 10 km.
