Nahe der kleinen Fürstenstadt Putbus und unweit der lebhaften Hansestadt Stralsund, umgeben von herrlicher Heidelandschaft.

Die Küste Rügens mit ihren Häfen, Steilküsten und verschiedenartigen Stränden ist ein Mekka für Wassersportler während das hügelige Inland eine ganze Schatzkiste für Entdeckungstouren über die Insel bereit hält: Zeitzeugen der 10.000 Jahre Besiedlungsgeschichte Rügens, wie die zahlreichen Hügelgräber und Opfersteine, warten darauf erkundet zu werden.

Die Erdgeschosswohnungen (EG) haben eine Terrasse, die oberen Wohnungen (DG mit Schrägen) haben einen kleinen Balkon.
Für jede Wohnung steht ein P-Platz in der Anlage zur Verfügung.
Für die Kleinen gibt es einen eingezäunten Spielplatz. Keine Kurtaxe.

Einfach, aber alles Nötige vorhanden und sauber. Balkon zur pappelrauschenden, unbebauten, der Straße (viel Durchgangsverkehr) abgewandten Seite war gut.
