The bedrooms are configured as follow:

1st floor – en-suite bedroom with a double bed + 1 single bed – bathtub - air conditioning

These 3 bedrooms share one bathroom (with shower) and one WC.

The imposing entrance is flanked by two beautiful stone and glass features, a beautiful staircase to the top floor is just in front and so is the centrepiece of the house, a large interior garden with various plants and a full-size tree that rises to the first floor.
The living room is comfortable, dominated by bright colours predominantly yellow, has a cosy fireplace and is well-lit by sliding windows that access the garden and pool.
It is equipped with TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…), DVD, air conditioning and WI-FI system. Lit by sliding windows accessing the garden, you have a card games table which seats 4 people and is separated from the dining area by a beautiful wooden balustrade.
A stone peninsula separates the dining from the kitchen, with bright colours, soft lines and a pantry. The kitchen too has windows and a door to the BBQ area in the garden. The laundry is on the ground floor and is equipped with washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The basement comprises a games room with table football and pool table, a TV area with comfortable seating and a small coffee table, a bar area and a huge dining table that seats the whole capacity of the house. The basement area also has direct access to the garden via a staircase and has a garage with enough room for 2 cars.

The private swimming pool, 11 meters long and 5 wide, depths between 1.40m and 2 meters also has an additional round pool of only 80cm deep which is great for young children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers to help relax and enjoy the bright Algarve sunshine. The manicured garden that surrounds the entire house has various species of plants and trees, a lawn for games and activities, several areas for rest and recreation with comfortable outdoor furniture. The outdoor dining area shaded by shade sails has a charcoal BBQ nearby and plenty of seating around the table overlooking the pool.

Tourists can't miss the delicious regional gastronomy. Seek out the local restaurants and taste the delicious Algarve fish and shellfish dishes.
The region offers something for everyone, steeped in history, boasting all modern amenities for a luxury holiday, offering superb sports facilities, great local cuisine and is a very family orientated culture.
The 160 kms of Algarve's coastline offer some of Europe's most spectacular beaches, many being holders of the prestigious Blue Flags. Choose from broad expanses of white sand, small cove beaches backed by red cliffs, beaches where cosmopolitan beach parties are a summer constant, to the pristine, deserted beaches of the Western Coast.
Away from the coastline with its modern resorts, it is worth exploring the inland regions with the lush vegetation of the Monchique Mountains, traditional villages like Alte and Cacela Velha and the small villages that dot the course of the River Guadiana such as Alcoutim.
The Algarve has something for everyone with the N125 and the A22 Motorway linking East and West Algarve together meaning the entire region of the Algarve is easily accessible to explore.
