Zusammenfassung

Vorweg, wir haben uns das Haus nur angesehen. Gewohnt haben wir ein paar km weiter. Nachdem die letzte Bewertung schon recht alt is es evtl. trotzdem hilfreich. Wir waren ende Mai 2018 eine Woche vor Ort und bis auf einen Tag jeden Tag im Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eben Italienisch eingerichtet, wie es auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Haus liegt etwas unterhalb der Landstraße und oberhalb vom Meer. Da muss nicht immer gleich die ganze Familie zusammenpacken wenn einer ins Wasser will ;-)

Zusammenfassung

We spent 3 weeks in the Villa Anita in July 2013 - it was a beautiful experience and one that we will try to repeat. An amazing house in a beautiful location - if anything the photos don\'t do justice to the property which is at a 10 meters from the sea, with private sea access. It is very much a sea property with views of the beach/sea below and to the sides - the large terraces enhance this view/feeling and there is little more enjoyable than sitting on the balconies for breakfast or drinks in the evening. It is not one of those typical sterile holiday properties as the owner uses the house as his holiday home and therefore it has a lot of \'feel\'. The furniture reflects this - a lot of old, typical Italian pieces, even a piano but do not expect brand new Ikea style pieces!! The villa is structured on two floors which and effectively can be used as two separate apartments each with own kitchen, sitting room, terrace, two bedrooms and bathroom and separate entrances. It is ideal for two families that want to be together but not \'not top of each other\' Are there any negatives? I think the major issues really have to do with particular type of people and what you require. Let me explain: • The house has stairs and the path to the beach steep – therefore it can be tricky with older people or young children. However we had 6-9 year old and a 75+ grandmother with us and they all managed to master the above • It is an individual villa – if you require a village atmosphere, evening entertainment or are concerned about being isolated, this villa may to be for you. To put it into perspective though one is about 1.5 km from Pioppi and Casal Velino (the closes two towns) and there are plenty of houses within a 500 meter radius – so one is never too far from other human beings. It is also true that one really could use a car here for shopping etc.
