Luxurious rural villa that sleeps 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It has a private pool and large terraces. Set in a very quiet location with privileged sweeping views of the Tramuntana mountain range and valleys, it has air-conditioning and is only 6km away from the beach of Puerto Pollensa.

Coming through a wrought-iron entrance into the wonderful mediterranean garden of Villa Amparo, full of lush blossoming flowers, shrubs and mature trees is simply delightful. The property’s polished white main house is surrounded by a low stonewall and located before the foothills of the Tramuntana mountain-range, in the northernmost part of the island, which seems to protect the grounds and gives them a magnificent backdrop. The heart of the estate is the main house with 4 bedrooms and community halls that offer lots of space for groups. The house is constructed in a mallorcan style with over-reaching roofs that create outdoor seating areas- giving protection from the midday sun in the summer and as a refuge for cooler temperatures in the evening. The main terrace has a long dining table that opens to an extensive pool of more than 60m². By the pool you’ll find an open pool house with an outdoor kitchen for your pool-days. An orbiting sun terrace with vivid green nature surrounds the pool for you to bask and take refreshing dips when necessary.

The interior of the house has a tasteful décor, neither too modern nor too rustic, but a great mix between authentic mallorcan style and modern countryside. The main kitchen, for example, is cream-colored, fitting in country style, but has all the modern comforts (coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, kitchen island in an inset gas hob and extractor hood). This large kitchen room features a round dining table and is not only modern, but also incredibly comfortable and welcoming with its country-house furniture style and decorative items. There are communal living areas, which are very pleasant, either as social rooms or simply to settle down by the old fireplace.

The 4 bedrooms are also very cozy, have a good size and plenty of storage space. There are a total of four colorful bathrooms, and even 2 additional guest toilets, so you surely won’t come in each other’s way in the morning.

The enchanting Villa Amparo, with her natural charm, fits particularly well in its area. Located between Pollensa, called the "Cultural Capital of the North" for her numerous galleries and pretty shops, and the now evolved fishermen town of Port de Pollença. Strolling around Pollensa’s Plaça Major (Main Square) you will soak up the artistic and traditional atmosphere of this place. Being close to the Tramuntana mountain range, Pollenca is a wonderful starting point for rewarding day trips leading into the mountains or along the coastline. The beautiful sandy beaches of the Northern Mallorca such as Can Cap de Bou, Platja del Port de Pollenca or the Cala San Vincente are very popular amongst families. With their crystal clear water and fine sand, they are easily accessible and are therefore particularly child friendly. If you’re interested in experiencing completely unspoiled nature, you should visit the Parc Natural of S'Albufera, a protected wetlands nature reserve.
